New Baby Kitty!

Super busy at work, but I wanted to introduce everyone to the newest member of my little family.

Iago was found in a tire bin next door to the motel where my Mother works. The vet agrees that he's probably about 4 weeks old. and I have been bottle feeding him, but he should be able to start kitten wet food within the week.

Sara & Bebe aren't thrilled in the least, but I figure Sara will ignore him and Bebe will get used to him when she realizes that he'll actually play with her.

What a sweet little baby. He reminds us of one of the babies that Meowm took in for a little while earlier this year!

Iago is a fine name for a gorgeous little kitten

Is he named after Shakespeare's Iago in Othello?
That Iago is perhaps the most interesting and exotic character in the play. He is known as
"Honest" Iago. Through some carefully thought-out words and
actions, Iago is able to manipulate others to do things in a way that benefits him and moves him closer toward his goals. He is the main driving force in this play.
Iago is not your ordinary villain. The role he
plays is unique and complex, far from what one might expect. Iago is smart. He is an expert judge of people and their characters and uses this to his advantage.

So maybe your Iago will be the same - in which case being teeny weeny won't matter 'cos he'll get his own way anyway!

Mom told me all this by the way - she's a Shakespeare buff!

What a gorgeous poodin! How sweet! And lucky for you that he can soon be eating on his own...

Wow, 4 weeks is so young. I'm glad you found a home Iago! You'll grow to be a big black mancat & that is something very cool to be.
